Forest to Finish is not responsible for errors in dimensions or materials due to incorrect information supplied by the customer. A deposit may be required for custom orders, and timelines will be communicated upon confirmation of project details.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments for products and services must be made as agreed upon at the time of order or contract. Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once production has begun, except in cases of defective workmanship, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
